Hardox® round bars
Hardox® round bars ensure full-thickness hardness with excellent toughness values. Hardox® round bars combine high nominal hardness (400 HBW), toughness and weldability in a completely unique way. They come in a wide range of sizes and have the same properties as wear-resistant plate. Common applications include wear parts and components for harvesters, screening buckets, agricultural machinery, pivots, rods, axles and other loader bucket and machinery components in the construction, material handling, mineral processing, mining and drilling industries. Perfect for applications requiring round steel bars with high wear resistance and good weldability.
Hardox round bars are available as standard in rolled and peeled variants.

Hardox® tubes
Hardox® tubes offer extreme performance and extended life. Hardox® 400 steel pipes have a nominal hardness of 400 HBW and Hardox® 500 steel pipes have a nominal hardness of 500 HBW. Both variants are a great choice if you need high wear resistance and lighter products. Hardox® steel pipes are used to transport all types of abrasive materials, such as liquid concrete, soil, gravel, ore sludge or iron ore pellets in steel plants. This material will replace expensive wear-resistant products such as pipes with weld layers or white cast iron with a high chromium content.
Hardox 400 pipes are available in the following variants:

Hardox 500 tubes are available in the following variants:
